POLR2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-40P, RNU6-380P, and MRPS18BP2. Each is linked with POLR2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2M-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-40P grouped by POLR2M-low versus POLR2M-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
