POLR2J

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2J mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR2J-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP42P4, PPIAP56, and OR2V1. Each is linked with POLR2J in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2J-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2J results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42P4 grouped by POLR2J-low versus POLR2J-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2J→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
