Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, CFAP20, and CSNK2A2. Each is linked with POLR2C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR2C versus CIAPIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
