Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1313P, CCDC163, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with POLR1H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1H-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1313P grouped by POLR1H-low versus POLR1H-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
