Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1313P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1313P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1313P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-1313P RNA expression shows 7,324 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight LUSC, BRCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1313P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
