POLQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, POLD1, and PRIM2. Each is linked with POLQ in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLQ-to-partner and partner-to-POLQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLQ versus TOP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
