Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PNLIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,197 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PNLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRP, RPS15AP11, and SLC16A10. Each is linked with PNLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PNLIP-to-partner and partner-to-PNLIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PNLIP versus TDRP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PNLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PNLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
