PMAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PMAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PMAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, PEDS1-UBE2V1, and MT1CP. Each is linked with PMAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PMAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PMAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by PMAIP1-low versus PMAIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PMAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PMAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
