Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1BP1, HOMER1, and CETN3. Each is linked with PIGG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGG-to-partner and partner-to-PIGG results are reported.
