PHLDA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLDA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51A10P, VN1R91P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with PHLDA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLDA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51A10P grouped by PHLDA1-low versus PHLDA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
