ZNF877P

associated omics data
zinc finger protein 877, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF877P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF877P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF877P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, ZNF877P RNA expression shows 6,109 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight OV, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where ZNF877P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes ZNF877P survival associations across molecular data types. ZNF877P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (11). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible ZNF877P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High ZNF877P expression shows unfavorable associations in OV, MESO, SKCM, ESCA, THCA and READ. The OV Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .012). Together, the overview and detailed table identify OV as the clearest survival context for ZNF877P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for ZNF877P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. ZNF877P shows lower tumor expression in COAD. The COAD box plot shows higher ZNF877P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.019, t-test p = .026).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with ZNF877P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, ZNF877P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with STAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
