Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,859 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1268B, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP509. Each is linked with PEX5L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5L-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1268B grouped by PEX5L-low versus PEX5L-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
