Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PENK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PENK-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTS2R, RNU6-1200P, and OR10AH1P. Each is linked with PENK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PENK-to-partner and partner-to-PENK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PENK versus UTS2R in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PENK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PENK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
