PDIA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,790 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIRC6, PLOD1, and CIAPIN1. Each is linked with PDIA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA6-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA6 versus BIRC6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
