Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,082 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL149P, LARP7P2, and LCE1A. Each is linked with PDIA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA6-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL149P grouped by PDIA6-low versus PDIA6-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
