PDGFB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,534 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, CLEC3B, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PDGFB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFB versus SERPINF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
