PDE5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 483 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA1, KRTAP21-3, and DDX17. Each is linked with PDE5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE5A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 grouped by PDE5A-low versus PDE5A-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
