Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,803 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR161, SOX10, and KHDRBS3. Each is linked with PDE4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4B-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
