The most reproducible PCYT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P14, DNAJC19P7, and RN7SL132P. Each is linked with PCYT1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1A-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1A results are reported.
