PCOLCE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,437 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA3, SERPINA4, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with PCOLCE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCOLCE versus SERPINA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
