PCNP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,524 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOPBP1, WDR5B, and UMPS. Each is linked with PCNP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNP-to-partner and partner-to-PCNP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNP versus TOPBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
