Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD31, eIF4E, and VHL. Each is linked with PCDHB6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD31 grouped by PCDHB6-low versus PCDHB6-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
