Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHB6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PCDHB6 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PCDHB6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

STAD, LUSC, and CESC are the cancer types where PCDHB6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
