Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, FOXR2, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.
