PAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1D, RN7SL248P, and FAM27B. Each is linked with PAK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK2-to-partner and partner-to-PAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1D grouped by PAK2-low versus PAK2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
