OXER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,217 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAAO, FTOP1, and MYO15B. Each is linked with OXER1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXER1-to-partner and partner-to-OXER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXER1 versus HAAO in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
