Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, PRSS54, and C1orf87. Each is linked with OTX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTX2-to-partner and partner-to-OTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by OTX2-low versus OTX2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
