OTOAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3689B, MIR369, and NMS. Each is linked with OTOAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-OTOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3689B grouped by OTOAP1-low versus OTOAP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
