OR4X2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4X2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4X2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX1, OR14K1, and PYGO1. Each is linked with OR4X2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4X2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4X2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 grouped by OR4X2-low versus OR4X2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4X2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4X2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
