OR4S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3P1, CT83, and CDRT15P8. Each is linked with OR4S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR4S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC3P1 grouped by OR4S1-low versus OR4S1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
