OR4K14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4K14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4K14-associated genes across cancer lineages are WSCD1, CTR9, and PAG1. Each is linked with OR4K14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K14-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WSCD1 grouped by OR4K14-low versus OR4K14-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4K14→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4K14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
