OR2C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP8, SEPTIN7P4, and ELOCP5. Each is linked with OR2C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP8 grouped by OR2C1-low versus OR2C1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
