OR2A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4479, MIR6515, and MIR7976. Each is linked with OR2A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4479 grouped by OR2A4-low versus OR2A4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
