Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1L6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA5, WSCD1, and MXRA5. Each is linked with OR1L6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L6-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L6 results are reported.
