OPN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OPN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OPN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAE, CYP2AC1P, and RNU2-62P. Each is linked with OPN5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OPN5-to-partner and partner-to-OPN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAE grouped by OPN5-low versus OPN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OPN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OPN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
