OBI1-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBI1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBI1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-18, CDKN2AIPNLP3, and RPL9P13. Each is linked with OBI1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1-AS1 results are reported.
