Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OBI1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OBI1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OBI1-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OBI1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCS show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where OBI1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
