NXF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOC5, SKA1, and NDC80. Each is linked with NXF5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF5-to-partner and partner-to-NXF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THOC5 grouped by NXF5-low versus NXF5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
