Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NXF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT6B1, RBMY1F, and SPINK14. Each is linked with NXF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF5-to-partner and partner-to-NXF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SULT6B1 grouped by NXF5-low versus NXF5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
