NSUN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM22P13, ECM1P1, and LINC02022. Each is linked with NSUN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN5-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM22P13 grouped by NSUN5-low versus NSUN5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
