NSD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, RFC2, and MCM2. Each is linked with NSD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD2-to-partner and partner-to-NSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSD2 versus SMC4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
