NSA2P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,788 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, TUT7_S132, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with NSA2P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2P5-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSA2P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSA2P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
