Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NSA2P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NSA2P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NSA2P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NSA2P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LAML show a favorable association.

STAD, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where NSA2P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
