NRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 380 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY1B, DMRTB1, and KRTAP9-1. Each is linked with NRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY1B grouped by NRP1-low versus NRP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
