NPTX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFYAP1, RPL22P14, and MRGPRX6P. Each is linked with NPTX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX2-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFYAP1 grouped by NPTX2-low versus NPTX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
