Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3P1, DRD5P2, and RPS11P1. Each is linked with NOP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOP10-to-partner and partner-to-NOP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNPO3P1 grouped by NOP10-low versus NOP10-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
