Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL302P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL302P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL302P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RN7SL302P RNA expression shows 6,079 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL302P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
