NOL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8G2P, MTCO2P8, and COX6CP12. Each is linked with NOL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOL3-to-partner and partner-to-NOL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8G2P grouped by NOL3-low versus NOL3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
