NOBOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOBOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOBOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR552, RNU6-380P, and RAC1P9. Each is linked with NOBOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOBOX-to-partner and partner-to-NOBOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR552 grouped by NOBOX-low versus NOBOX-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOBOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOBOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
