Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2Q1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2Q1P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2Q1P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR2Q1P RNA expression shows 6,059 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR2Q1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
